Welcome to atas4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "You") and atas4d ("We", "Us", "Our", "Company", "Platform", "Service") governing your access to and use of the atas4d website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services, products, and features (collectively, the "Services").

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

3.2 Account Creation Process

When creating an atas4d Account, you agree to:

• Maintain only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method;
• Create a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Multiple Accounts created by the same person (identified through matching personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprints) will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

atas4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our legal obligations and security measures, we require all Users to complete identity verification through our KYC process. You must provide:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months);
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Additional documentation as may be required for enhanced due diligence.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission. While you may deposit and play during the verification process, withdrawals require completed KYC approval. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and fund retention pending verification.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. atas4d will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;

atas4d employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that internet-based transactions carry inherent risks. You agree to hold atas4d harmless for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access unless caused by our negligence.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

atas4d supports deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI;
• E-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (where available);
• Other payment methods as may be added from time to time.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank processing times may vary.

5.2 Deposit Terms

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• All deposited funds belong to you and originate from legitimate sources;
• You are the authorized account holder of the payment method used;
• The payment method is registered in your own name matching your atas4d Account;
• You will not dispute legitimate transactions or initiate chargebacks;
• Deposits are made for gaming purposes and not for money transfer or currency exchange.

atas4d reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and Account suspension.

5.3 Deposit Limits

As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, atas4d offers deposit limit tools allowing you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit restrictions. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. We encourage all players to use these tools to maintain control over their gaming expenditure.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Terms

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To withdraw funds from your atas4d Account, you must:

• Have successfully completed KYC verification;
• Meet any applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds and bonuses;

• Meet the minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100,000;
• Have no outstanding obligations or disputes with atas4d.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

atas4d reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds and request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. We may also impose withdrawal limits based on account verification level, transaction history, and applicable regulations.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

atas4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Daily withdrawal limits vary by account status, with standard limits displayed in your account dashboard. Higher limits may be available for VIP members.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

atas4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x, 40x) before becoming withdrawable;

8.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse across multiple accounts or platforms;
• Use of bots, automated betting software, or unfair advantage tools;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or share information;
• Exploitation of software errors or technical vulnerabilities;
• Any form of fraudulent or irregular betting patterns.

Detection of prohibited practices will result in immediate bet voiding, winnings confiscation, account closure, and potential legal action.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

atas4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide comprehensive tools and resources to help you maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit restrictions;
• Loss Limits: Control maximum potential losses over specified periods;
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a preset duration;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of session duration and net position;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from atas4d for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently;
• Account Closure: Permanently close your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Third-party actions, including payment processor failures or delays;
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting your ability to use our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination and Account Closure

atas4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You provide false or misleading information;
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months);
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority;
• We discontinue Services in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and pending winnings from bonus play may be forfeited. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which atas4d is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through:

1. Internal Resolution: First contact our customer support team to attempt amicable resolution;
2. Mediation: If internal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to independent mediation;
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against atas4d.

All content on the atas4d platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of atas4d or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software;
• Use our trademarks, service marks, or branding without authorization;
• Frame or mirror any portion of our website on another site;
• Create derivative works based on our platform or content.
